Work to do Before Class, Please cut the following:
Exterior Fabric:
2 pc 12.5" x 13.25" front and back of bag
2 pc 8.5" x 12.75" side panels
2 pc 21" x 3" for facing inside of bag
Lining Fabric
2 pc 13.5" x 13.25" front and back
2 pc 8.5" x 9.25" side panel
2 pc 10" x 7: zipper pocket
1 pc 9"x 9" patch pocket
Contrast Fabric can use cork, vinyl or fabric
2 pc 3.5" x 26" handles
2 pc 14" x 6" handle anchors
If using cork 4 pc 1.25" x 17" side straps
If using fabric 4 pc 1.75" x 17" side straps
Please use shape flex Pellon SF101 ti the back of fabric EXCEPT do not fuse anything to the cork or vinyl.

Requirements:
5/8 yd of 44" wide fabric for exterior,
5/8 yd of 44" wide fabric for lining and pockets,
Contrast fabric I used cork but a cotton or vinyl will do also. If you are using fabric for the straps you will need some fusible fleece.,
1/2 yd of cotton fabric 44" wide,
Soft and stable used for exterior only so about 1 yd.,
If you are using home dec fabric or want a softer look you could substitute this with fusible fleece but my bag stands up because of the soft and stable.,
3 yds of Pellon SF 101 Shape Flex,
1/4 yd of peltex either fusible or not is fine. This is for the bottom of the bag.,
8" zipper, magnetic snap, 3 snap sets, 4 1.5 rectangle rings and 6 bag feet,
If using cork, I suggest a microtex 80 needle. You need a sewing machine in good working order.,
Polyester thread, clips, you cannot pin cork or vinyl, pins for the fabric, marking pens, scissors and any other usual sewing supplies.
