Q: What is your coupon policy?
A: Up to 3 loyalty coupons can be used in the same day transaction, with minimum value of coupon/coupons spent before taxes
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: All Refunds and returns valid within 60 days of purchase with receipt. Class cancellations must be one week prior to class to qualify for a refund. There are no refunds on Cut Fabric.
Q: If I did not purchase my sewing machine from you can I still get a lesson on how to use it?
A: Yes. This is called a Know Your Machine lesson and is $35.00 an hour. You would need to call and schedule an appointment. You will also need to bring everything that came with your machine. Your sewing machine, foot pedal, power cord, all your accessories and most importantly, Your Manual.
Q: If there is a particular project that I would like to do and do not see it offered as a class, will you still help me with it?
A: Yes. These are called Private Lessons, are scheduled by appointment, and are $35.00 an hour.
Q: My sewing machine is sick and needs repair. Can you help me?
A: We are an Authorized Husqvarna Viking Dealer and a Handi Quilter Dealer. We can only service what we sell. We do service certain Singer Sewing Machines as well, but you would need to call and inquire as to if yours is one of them.
Q: I am in the middle of my knitting/crochet project and need some help. Is there anyone there that can do that?
A: Yes we can. We do try to have someone available for basic questions everyday of the week, but sometimes that is not possible. On Fridays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. we have our resident "Knit Doctor" Marion available for all of your yarn questions.
