When purchasing your new sewing/embroidery/quilting machine it is important to purchase from a dealer where you are going to learn to use your new machine.   In most box stores they will sell you a machine and send you on your way without knowing the first thing about what you have just purchased. 









When you purchase a machine  from us you are also purchasing a support and knowledge system, that is working for you starting from the day you purchase your machine.  We are committed to making your purchase a happy one and with our well trained staff we want you to be comfortable and knowledgeable of all the designs and features that your particular machine offers.  We provide one on one owner's classes - the day you pick up your machine!  We schedule your owner's class at the time of purchase - and that way, we know we have no interruptions.  All of your lessons to learn your new machine are free with your purchase and we encourage you to take as many as you need.

As part of our thank you for purchasing your new Viking, Babylock, or Pfaff machine from us we offer 20 percent off all Viking/Pfaff accessories for the first six months.  If you are looking to upgrade your Viking/Pfaff or Babylock machine within 12 months of purchase we offer a 100 percent trade in allowance off the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price towards your new machine.






With your Handi Quilter purchase from us comes a free in home installation and tutorial on how to use all the features of your new machine.  We are always available to support you and your machine if any questions arise.






All of our repairs are done in house by our well trained technician, Peggy.   If you bring your new machine in within the first year of purchase, your first cleaning is free. Peggy shows the same love and attention to each machine that is brought in, and machines are serviced in the order of arrival.
