CLASS: KATY CARDIGAN - 4 Session Class

This is a fun pattern that is worked from side to side by creating two identical L shaped panels. You will then flip the right panel over to mirror the left and stitch the spine of your cardigan together creating a U shape. After that, you will fold the panel in half bringing that top to the bottom and seaming from the armpit to the hip. The sleeves will then be worked right onto the body and the hood will be done similar. An extension of the front edging, some ribbing, pockets and you are done!

CLASS: Corran Cardigan - 4 Session Class

The Corran Cardigan is an all-over lace cardigan, knit from the bottom up with drop shoulders. There are two neckline options: round and V-neck and two sleeve lengths: short and long. This pattern can be knit in a wide variety of fibers making it a perfect transitional piece. HOMEWORK: Please purchase yarn ahead of time and knit your swatch with size 8 needle as follows: Cast on 20 stitches. Rows 1: *k1, k2tog, yo, repeat from * to end of row. Rows 2: *k1, p2, repeat from * to end of row. Rows 3: *k1, yo, k2tog, repeat from * to end of row. Rows 4: *p1, k1, p1, repeat from * to end of row. Repeat rows 1-4 8 times. Bind off. We are looking for 14 sts and 26 rows to 4 inches. If you have more than 14 stitches in 4 inches, redo the swatch in a larger needle. If you have less than 14 stitches in 4 inches, redo the swatch in a smaller needle. Continue until you make stitch gauge. Swatching guarantees a proper fit for the sweater.
