What Is Your Refund Policy?
All refunds and returns are valid within 60 days of purchase with your receipt.
Refunds of $20 and under will be refunded in cash. All other refunds will be provided via check.
Class cancellations must be made one (1) week prior to class in order to qualify for a refund.
There are no refunds on fabric cut from the bolt.
What Is Your Coupon Policy?
Up to three (3) loyalty coupons can be used in the same transaction, with minimum value of coupon(s) spent before taxes.
Could I Schedule A Lesson To Learn To Use My Sewing Machine If I Bought It Elsewhere?
Of course! This is called "Know Your Machine" and is $40 per hour (free when you purchase your machine through us).
Please call 631-277-4215 to schedule an appointment.
You will need to bring everything your machine came with – this includes the machine itself, foot pedal, power cord, any and all accessories, and most importantly, your manual.
Could I Receive Assistance With A Project, Even If There's No Class Listed For It?
Absolutely! These would be private lessons and are scheduled by appointment to ensure our undivided attention. Private lessons are $40 for one (1) hour. $60 for two (2) hours.
Do You Offer Maintenance and Repairs for Machines?
Yes! We are an authorized dealer for Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff, Baby Lock, and Handi Quilter. We service those brands, regardless of where your machine was purchased.
We also service select Singer sewing machines, however we require confirmation of model number prior to scheduling service.
I'm In The Middle Of My Knitting/Crochet Project And Have Ran Into An Issue.
Is There Someone Who Could Assist Me?
Absolutely! We do our best to have someone available daily for basic questions, and are able to schedule a one-on-one class for more in depth issues.
